Privacy

There are no accounts here and no visitor profiles. Nothing is sold to anyone. The only things stored are your address if you join the mailing list, and your message if you use the support form.
When you buy
Payhip runs the store. Press Buy Now and the checkout that opens is theirs, and everything after that point happens on their end: the payment, the VAT or sales tax, the receipt, and the email with your download in it.
Your card details never reach this site. Neither does your billing address or your order. There is no purchase database here, no download page, and no code on this site that speaks to Payhip once you have paid.
Payhip holds the order, so their privacy notice is the one that covers it. Anything about a receipt, a refund or a download that won't work has to go to them. There is nothing on my end to look up.
As the seller I can see buyer email addresses in my Payhip dashboard, and Payhip emails me when a sale goes through. I do not copy those addresses anywhere else, and buying does not put you on the mailing list.
When you join the mailing list
Your email address, and your name if you give one. I use it to send you news about releases, updates, discount codes and the occasional community competition from AVG Productions. Nothing else. I never sell it or hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
The list is run on Kit, who store the address and send the mail on my behalf. A second copy is kept on this site's Cloudflare storage so the list is not stuck with one provider.
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom and it takes effect straight away. You can also ask me to delete the entry outright, which clears it from both copies.
When you use the support form
Your name, email, message, and the DAW and system line if you fill it in. It comes to my email and stays in that inbox so there's a thread to refer back to. It doesn't go on any list and isn't used for marketing.
A hidden field on the form catches automated spam.
Hosting
The site runs on Cloudflare, who process request logs (IP address, browser, page) to serve pages and block attacks. No separate analytics run on top of that.
Support replies go out through Resend, who handle delivery. Mailing list email goes through Kit. Anything to do with your purchase, including the download link and the receipt, is sent by Payhip and never passes through this site.
Advertising
Not currently active. When advertising begins, this site will use the Meta pixel to measure whether ads lead to purchases. Visitors in the EU and UK will be asked for consent before it loads, and it will not run for anyone who declines. I'll update this section with the specifics then.
Cookies
None are set for tracking. Cloudflare may set a security cookie to tell browsers from bots.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Depending on where you live that is a legal right under GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA.
Anything to do with an order, a receipt or a download goes to Payhip, since all of it sits with them. Anything to do with a support message or the mailing list comes to me.
Children
This site is not aimed at children, and I don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
Changes
If what I collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
