You're buying DESTROIZE outright, for every machine you own, forever. There's no key and nothing to activate. Don't resell it or pull it apart.
1. Who you're buying from
DESTROIZE is made by Austin Von-Glahn Productions.
Payment and delivery are handled by Payhip. For buyers in the EU and UK, Payhip acts as the reseller and is responsible for collecting and remitting VAT on the sale. Their terms cover the transaction itself. This page covers what you may do with the software once you have it.
2. What you get
A perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use DESTROIZE for your own work, personal or commercial, including releasing music made with it. No extra fee, no royalty, no credit required.
Install it on every machine you own. There is no activation limit because there is no activation. The plugin contains no license check and never contacts a server, which also means nothing that happens to this website can stop an installed copy from working.
"Perpetual" means the copy you bought keeps working on your machine for as long as it runs there. It doesn't promise that the plugin will keep being developed or supported.
3. What it doesn't cover
Don't redistribute the installer, don't share your download link publicly, and don't sell or sub-license the plugin. Don't decompile or reverse engineer it, except where the law says you may regardless of what this document says.
Your download link is unique to your purchase. Posting it somewhere public is the one thing that would get a link disabled, and even then any installed copy keeps working.
4. Updates and support
Updates to the product you bought are free. Bug fixes, compatibility work and improvements to DESTROIZE come to you at no extra cost, and your download link always points at the current build, so getting the latest version is a case of downloading it again.
That isn't a promise to keep developing or supporting it forever. I'm one person. At some point a version might be the last one, either because the plugin is finished or because keeping up with a change to Windows or the VST format stops being something I can do. If that happens your copy keeps working exactly as it does now. It just stops getting new builds.
Support is me answering email, so replies come as fast as I can manage rather than within a set time.
A future major version may be a separate paid product. If that happens, the version you bought keeps working.
5. The boring but necessary part
DESTROIZE is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for lost work, lost recordings, lost income or lost time that comes out of using it. Total liability is capped at what you paid.
Keep backups of your sessions. That's true regardless of whose plugins you use.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated. The version in force for your purchase is the one published on the day you bought. Changes aren't retroactive.
7. Getting in touch
Anything at all: the support form. For questions about the payment itself, including receipts and VAT, Payhip processed the transaction and is better placed to answer.
